- Engage customers in a professional and courteous manner to understand their needs
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively
- Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of products
- Prior experience in a retail environment preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency in phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries
