Duties
- Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met
- Clear tables promptly and assist with bussing to maintain a clean dining environment
- Refill drinks, including wine and specialty beverages, with knowledge of beverage service protocols
- Assist in setting up banquet spaces prior to events
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including dietary restrictions and special requests
- Ensure food safety and proper handling procedures are followed throughout service
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely delivery of courses and special orders
- Provide excellent guest relations by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly
- Support the overall flow of events by managing multiple tables and tasks efficiently
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry, catering, or banquet service preferred but not required
- Strong guest service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and proper serving techniques
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed
Pay: $15.00 per hour
