Position Title: Buyer
Wage: $60,000 - $70,000/year
Shift: 1st
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Location: Spring, TX (77389)
We are seeking a Buyer responsible for purchasing raw materials, chemicals, subcontracted services, capital equipment, tools, and general supplies. This role supports daily operations by ensuring timely procurement, accurate data entry, and strong vendor coordination. Great opportunity for a Buyer to own purchasing, build vendor relationships, and support a busy production environment.
Buyer Responsibilities:
- Obtain quotes for materials, services, and equipment
- Create and manage purchase orders based on system (NetSuite) requirements
- Coordinate with vendors to schedule, expedite, or adjust orders
- Resolve discrepancies and track vendor performance
- Maintain purchasing and production data in NetSuite
- Monitor and adjust inventory levels (glass, resin, hardener)
- Process receipts of goods and invoices
- Reconcile purchase clearing accounts
Requirements for Buyer:
- High School Diploma
- 1-3 years of purchasing or related experience
- Experience with NetSuite (purchasing/receiving preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Email, Word, Excel)
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
