Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services during the breakfast hours, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience. You will assist in meal preparation, maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, and support guests with their needs. This position requires a passion for culinary arts and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and present breakfast items according to established recipes and standards.
- Set up and replenish the breakfast buffet, ensuring all food items are fresh and appealing.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining area, and equipment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding menu items and provide recommendations as needed.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely, including knives for food preparation.
Experience
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with meal preparation techniques and culinary skills is advantageous.
- Experience with guest services or hospitality is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for interacting with guests.
