ALBA Restaurant Group we are seeking energetic and hardworking individuals to join our team as bussers and barbacks. Join a great team in a fast-paced, fun environment.
Busser Position:
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
- Assist servers and maintain cleanliness of dining areas
- Restock service areas and supplies
- Provide excellent customer service
Barback Position:
- Assist bartenders in all aspects of bar operations
- Restock bar supplies, glassware, and ice
- Maintain cleanliness of bar area
- Help with simple drink preparation as needed
Requirements for both positions:
- Must be 18+ years old
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
