Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a thriving organizational culture. Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent using HR sourcing tools and social media platforms.
- Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure seamless onboarding experiences that align with company policies and culture.
- Manage employee evaluation processes, including performance management systems and regular feedback cycles to promote continuous improvement.
- Lead change management initiatives to support organizational restructuring, policy updates, or strategic shifts effectively.
- Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, workers' compensation, and FMLA leave compliance.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with employment and labor laws by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements such as OSHA standards and employment law in talent management.
- Utilize HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) like Workday or SAP SuccessFactors for data collection, analysis (Excel data analysis), and reporting to inform strategic decisions.
Skills
- Extensive experience in human capital management, workforce planning, and organization design.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple HR initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficiency in HR systems such as Oracle HCM, UltiPro, ADP, Kronos, or Paychex for payroll processing and personnel administration.
- Excellent communication skills for effective employee relations, conflict management, and training & development delivery.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law, affirmative action planning, succession planning, and HR legal compliance standards.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity while demonstrating attention to detail in data entry and contract management.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) like iCIMS or Lever for recruiting efforts; experience with social media management for employer branding is a plus.
