Estia Haven Home Services is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Lead Cleaner to join our growing team.
We specialize in luxury residential homes and vacation rental properties and are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a professional attitude, and is committed to delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities:
- Perform residential and vacation rental cleanings
- Complete detailed turnover cleanings between guest stays
- Conduct quality inspections and report maintenance issues
- Restock supplies and ensure homes are guest-ready
- Take photo documentation of completed work
- Communicate professionally with management and team members
- Assist with training future team members as the company grows
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning, housekeeping, hotel, or vacation rental experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Smartphone for photos and communication
- Ability to pass a background check
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hotel housekeeping experience
- Vacation rental cleaning experience
- Team lead or supervisory experience
- Property management or hospitality experience

$25–$35 per hour depending on experience
