We are seeking a Sales BDC Manager for our Schaumburg Subaru location. The BDC is the heart of the dealership—turning leads into appointments, traffic, and sales. We are an established dealership looking for a driven Sales BDC Manager to coach the team, drive performance, and keep the pipeline moving. What you'll do
Coach performance, motivate action, and manage results.
Coach
· Jump on the phones, work internet leads, make outbound calls, and set appointments with the team.
· Monitor calls, run role-play, and give real-time feedback.
· Train BDRs to turn conversations into confirmed appointments.
Motivate
· Set a competitive tone that keeps the team focused and accountable.
· Use goals, incentives, recognition, and coaching to drive performance.
· Partner with Sales Management to clear obstacles and create wins.
Manage
· Set daily, weekly, and monthly goals—and drive the plan to hit them.
· Build schedules, maintain coverage, and keep payroll on time.
· Track production, KPIs, and trends; turn data into action.
· Handle escalated calls and follow up with high-value prospects.
· Recruit, hire, train, and develop BDR talent.
· Enforce BDC processes, policies, and call quality standards.
· Represent the BDC in sales and service management meetings.
· Strengthen trust between the BDC and Sales floor.
What you bring
· 2+ years of Business Development or dealership BDC experience.
· Strong CRM skills for follow-up, reporting, and accountability; Tekion CRM is a plus.
· Confidence with Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
· Ability to analyze trends, solve problems, and make fast decisions.
· Clear communication with BDRs, managers, and leadership.
· Organization, follow-through, and confidence influencing action.
· Positive energy, accountability, and a results-first mindset.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
