Are you a proven leader ready to build something exceptional in Nebraska's capital? We're seeking a dynamic Market Leader to establish and grow our residential roofing operations in Lincoln and surrounding areas.
What You'll Do:
Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing team of 5-6 roofing professionals
Develop and execute market penetration strategies in the Lincoln metro area
Ensure exceptional customer service and quality workmanship standards
Manage team performance, safety protocols, and professional development
Build relationships with local suppliers, contractors, and community leaders
Compensation & Benefits:
Modest base salary with 60% commission and a lucrative override compensation structure

Requirements:
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of leadership experience in construction or roofing industry
Proven track record in team building and management
Strong knowledge of residential roofing systems and local building codes
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's license and ability to work in outdoor conditions
