Caldera House is looking for an experienced Staff Meal Cook to make delicious, practical staff meals.
You must be proactive, creative, and have a positive and energetic attitude while working independently. The Staff Meal Cook is expected to plan and prepare daily meals for the staff.
Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities
- Plan staff meals in advance and work with Sous Chef to order products
- Prepare food items ahead of time and prepare items according to consistent quality, portions and presentation standards
- Ensure a clean, neat, and presentable work space at all times
- Ensure everything is stored properly at the correct temperature, labeled and organized
- Operate all kitchen equipment, including the steamer, grill, wood oven, fryer etc.
- Make your supervisor aware of any shortages, out-of-stock items, equipment issues etc.
Education, Experience, & Skills
- High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
- Experience cooking delicious food
- Able to plan and execute staff meal from beginning to end

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
