THE POSITION - Lead Technician
THE DETAILS - The Lead Technician position will perform and supervise pressure washing operations in a variety of applications such as fleets, heavy equipment and parking lots throughout Northwest Arkansas, Southwest Missouri, Eastern Oklahoma and Central Arkansas.
This position's schedule is a 3 day work week: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday for 12-13 hours per day.
PAY and Benefits - Starting at $20/hr (weekly direct deposit), OT Opportunities, Paid Time Off, Company Uniforms, Boot/Glove allowance, and company paid iPhone. We also offer health, dental, and vision insurance plus company paid life insurance and a 401(k) plan with up to 4% company matching.
REQUIREMENTS - You must be able to physically lift up to 75 lbs as needed. - Must be able to work nights and weekends. - Must have valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and be able to pass both a background and drug screening. Medical marijuana use is not accepted. or waived for this position. Preferred to have crew lead or management experience with the ability to oversee active work sites.
