Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces, using appropriate tools and cleaning agents.
- Maintain cleanliness of furniture, fixtures, and equipment to uphold a pristine appearance.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and trash bags to ensure continuous availability.
- Follow established safety procedures and use personal protective equipment during all cleaning tasks.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for swift resolution.
- Adhere to cleaning schedules and protocols to maximize efficiency while minimizing disruption.
- Ensure proper disposal of waste in accordance with environmental guidelines.
Requirements
- Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Cleaning supplies.
- Transportation of your own.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure no area is overlooked.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures; certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
