Pay Range:
Up to $150,000 per year (based on Technician skill levels, OEM automotive certifications, and job performance) - Top Producers average 70+ hours per week! High Volume production!

Job Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Automotive Technology, Vocational/Trade Certification.
- Proven dealership experience as an automotive technician or mechanic with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repairs.
- Familiarity with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), vehicle alignment procedures, and automotive electrical systems.
- Hands-on experience working with Honda vehicles or similar brands is required.
- Knowledge of transmissions, powertrain components, engine repair, and automotive service procedures.
- Skilled in using schematics for troubleshooting complex electrical issues and employing auto estimating tools for accurate repairs.
- Demonstrated ability to work with hand tools, power tools, and other maintenance devices safely and efficiently.
- Service technician experience that emphasizes quality workmanship, attention to detail, and excellent customer interaction skills.
- Meets and/or exceeds manufacturer requirements for ASE tests.
Responsibilities:
In this fast-paced role, you’ll be at the forefront of automotive technology, working with cutting-edge tools and systems. Your expertise will not only enhance vehicle performance but also ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
- Perform thorough diagnostic assessments on vehicles using advanced automotive systems and tools.
- Conduct routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Repair or replace defective parts in engines, transmissions, suspension systems, and other vehicle components.
- Ensure all repairs and maintenance are performed to Honda’s high-quality standards.
- Utilize Honda-specific repair manuals, technical service bulletins, and other resources for accurate repair information.
- Maintain detailed records of services performed, including parts used and time spent on each task.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle issues, repair timelines, and costs.
- Keep updated with the latest training and certifications required for Honda vehicles.
- Ensure a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and procedures.
- Test drive vehicles post-repair to ensure issues have been resolved and the vehicle is performing optimally.
- Assist in maintaining an inventory of tools, equipment, and parts to ensure efficient service operations.
- Collaborate with team members to solve complex vehicle issues and improve service efficiency.
Attendance Expectations:
The position requires regular and predictable attendance in-person at an automotive dealership. Scheduled shifts are typically 5-days per week, rotating Saturdays, and may include holidays.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to lift up to (50) pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
