We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated, and service-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll help ensure our property remains safe, functioning, and welcoming for all guests.
Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs (plumbing, pool maintenance, electrical, HVAC, etc.)

Oversee the documentation of facility repairs, compliance with commercial safety standards, and perform oversight with annual inspections

Respond to guest service requests from Front Desk and Housekeeping in a timely manner
-
Oversee pool chemical testing, fire safety system, sanitation systems, and backflow prevention system
-
Ensure consistent upkeep of the building exterior, parking lot, and building grounds
-
Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas
-
Assist with seasonal tasks and emergency repairs as needed

Maintain communication with the General Manager on assignments and supplies needed
Requirements:

Knowledge of general maintenance and repair work

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to perform the following: carrying, pushing/pulling, lifting heavy items, frequently standing/moving around, bending and kneeling
