Position Overview:
We’re looking for a PT who is passionate about helping others regain strength and confidence. In this role, you’ll collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals and play an important part in supporting residents on their journey toward improved function and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough evaluations, screenings, and individualized treatment plans.
Deliver high-quality rehabilitative therapy focused on helping residents improve daily functioning and mobility.
Document treatments, progress notes, and clinical tasks promptly and accurately.
Educate residents, families, and staff on therapy techniques, mobility strategies, and care recommendations.
Provide guidance and oversight to Physical Therapy Assistants as needed.
