We’re looking for a driven and experienced attorney to join our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with a firm partner and, depending on your background, will take the lead on managing your own caseload. You’ll be responsible for a full range of litigation tasks, including court appearances, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, client communication, and trial preparation. Trial experience or interest is a plus. Deposition experience is a plus.
This role will handle catastrophic injury, personal injury and public entity defense and is 100% remote if the candidate would like to be remote. The billables are a modest 1850 a year with a 5k bonus at 1850 and $70/hr for all overage.
This role will provide autonomy to the associate, guidance from the Partners and Senior Associates when necessary for case strategy and execution, and the ability for career growth.
The compensation package includes a competitive base salary between 140-200k based on experience, medical insurance (with plans that may require no employee contribution), dental and life insurance, short- and long-term disability coverage, and a 401(k) plan with employer matching.
Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
