Duties
- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards, maintaining high quality and presentation.
- Handle food safely by following sanitation and food handling protocols to meet health regulations.
- Assist with cleaning workstations and maintaining sanitation standards throughout the shift.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, dining area, and service stations.
- Follow all safety procedures related to food safety, sanitation, and equipment use.
Skills
- Previous experience in food preparation, food service or restaurant environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while managing time effectively.
- Experience in culinary roles, serving, bussing tables, or cashiering enhances suitability for this position.
- A positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset; previous restaurant or retail experience is advantageous.
