**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation and a passion for creating delicious dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables and butchering meat
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
- Monitor food stock and place orders when there are shortages
**Experience:**
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or relevant role
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Culinary school diploma is a plus
