- The position involves delivery, installation, set-up and breakdown of event equipment including tents, staging, flooring, tables, chairs, etc. You will work in crews. ... Work is fast paced and demanding with the physical ability needed to be able to lift and carry heavy equipment.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties
- Execute the proper and safe assembly of tents per manufacturer specifications and company policy
- Participate in the maintenance of tents, accessories and rental equipment per company policy
- Deliver rented items to customer locations (Tents, tables, chairs, staging, Dance floor, linens, etc)
- Work with tent crew and warehouse support with organizing, pulling and loading tent and rental equipment
- Coordinate with management to finalize installation plan per site
- Ability to read and train team to interpret job-specific installation schematics
- Follow specific assignments when working with tent crews during installation.
- Follow direction from crew lead for set up/take down
- Maintain the cleanliness of storage and work areas
Qualifications and Skills
- DOT Certification preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills
- Capable of lifting approximately 50lbs. intermittently
