As a Receptionist at Dior Lash Studio you will welcome and check in our guest. You will educate clients on after care products that correspond with their visit and meet monthly product sales goals.
To be successful as a Receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. You should be able to work well under pressure at a timely and effective manner, while keeping the flow of the studio. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. This role may require working in shifts, so flexibility is a plus. Ultimately, a Receptionist’s duties and responsibilities are to ensure clients leave happy, schedule client appointments, and meet product sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Schedule appointment
- Answer multiple phone calls
- Learn eyelash extension common Q&A
- Direct clients to the appropriate person/lash artist
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Provide basic and accurate information regarding eyelash extensions in-person and via phone/email/yelp
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, data entry.
- Meet monthly sales goals
Skills
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar roll
- Hands-on experience with office equipment
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Experience in product sales
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
- High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
- Bilingual is Preferred
