Burtness of Whitewater is seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to lead the service operations for both our Whitewater Chevrolet Buick GMC and Whitewater Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealerships.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of both service departments
- Lead and develop service advisors, technicians, and support staff
- Monitor shop productivity, workflow, repair quality, and customer satisfaction
- Handle customer concerns and help ensure a positive service experience
- Manage departmental performance, profitability, and operational goals
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, training, and employee development
- Work closely with Parts, Sales, and dealership leadership teams
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards
Qualifications
- Previous automotive service management experience required
- Dealership experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to motivate and develop employees
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience managing service department operations and performance metrics
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- GM and/or CDJR experience is a plus
