What You’ll Install
- Tile (floors, showers, backsplashes, and walls)
- Hardwood & LVP flooring
- Laminate flooring
- Carpet
- Stair installations
- Baseboards and trim (preferred)

Responsibilities
- Complete flooring installations according to company quality standards
- Prepare subfloors and job sites
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment
- Communicate with project managers regarding job progress
- Deliver excellent workmanship and customer service
Qualifications
- Previous flooring installation experience is required
- Experience installing tile, hardwood, LVP, laminate, or carpet
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Own professional installation tools
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable, professional, and customer-focused
- Must successfully pass a background screening
Requirements for Independent Installers
- Must carry General Liability Insurance
- Must carry Workers’ Compensation Insurance, if applicable
- Must provide proof of insurance before starting work

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
