Position Summary
As an Inside Sales Tax Associate, you will speak with prospective clients who have contacted us seeking assistance with their tax problems. You'll educate potential clients about our services, assess their needs, and guide them through the enrollment process.
This position involves NO cold calling.
You'll receive:
- 4–8 qualified inbound leads daily
- Exclusive, company-generated marketing leads
- An established CRM with a continuous pipeline of qualified prospects
- Ongoing training and support from experienced professionals
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from prospective clients
- Conduct initial consultations to understand each client's tax situation
- Explain available tax resolution services
- Build rapport and establish trust with prospective clients
- Maintain accurate notes and follow-up activities within the CRM
- Meet individual sales and performance goals
- Work closely with case managers and tax professionals to ensure a smooth client transition
Qualifications
Required
- One + years of tax resolution experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Comfortable working in a goal-oriented environment
- Proficient with Logics CRM software and Microsoft Office
