We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support both recruitment efforts and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who brings strong organizational ability, a people-focused mindset, and an interest in workplace safety and compliance. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining efficient hiring processes while helping foster a safe and compliant work environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Associate or bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

Previous administrative, HR, or coordination experience is an asset

Interest or exposure to recruitment processes and/or workplace safety initiatives

Basic knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations is beneficial

Working Conditions:
Team environment in our climate-controlled warehouse with normal office conditions; sitting or standing at stations as preferred, with occasional involvement in operational or worksite environments to support safety initiatives.
