Do you love working outdoors, operating equipment, and being part of a hardworking team? We’re looking for a Helical Pile Installer/ spotter to join our crew! If you enjoy hands-on construction work and driving heavy equipment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Install helical piles for foundations and structural support
- Operate machinery, power tools, and installation equipment
- Drive and transport materials and equipment to job sites
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Read and follow project plans and specifications
- Document work
- Collaborate with a team to complete jobs efficiently and safely
What We’re Looking For:
- Construction or equipment operating experience (preferred but not required)
- Comfortable with physical labor and working outdoors (lift 50lbs minimum)
- Mechanically inclined and eager to learn
- Safety-conscious with a strong work ethic
- Ability to travel to job sites as needed
- Occasional overnight work
