Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced, results oriented licensed nursing home administrator to lead our facility operations with professionalism and compassion. The ideal candidate must proactively manage the company core values: quality of care, customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction and overall financial viability. As the Nursing Home Administrator, you will assist corporate staff on various operational and business related projects, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a supportive environment for residents and staff alike.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years previous experience in a nursing home environment, preferably as Administrator or Department Head
- Current Federal and State Nursing Home Administrator’s license
- Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care
- Strong marketing, admissions, and operations background
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with staff, physicians, hospital case managers, and resident families
- Proficient in computer based systems such as MS Excel, Word, Outlook and EMR software
Pay: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
