About Us
We are a growing dog daycare and boarding facility in Chelsea, Manhattan focused on providing a safe, clean, and enriching environment where dogs can play, socialize, exercise, and have a great time while their owners are away.
We’re looking for energetic, dependable team members who genuinely love dogs and enjoy being part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
If you like being active, staying busy, and spending your day surrounded by dogs, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
No two days are exactly the same.
You’ll spend your day supervising playgroups, taking dogs on walks, assisting with feedings, welcoming customers, and helping keep the facility clean and organized.
Most importantly, you’ll help ensure every dog in our care is safe, comfortable, and having a great day.
Dog Care
- Supervise playgroups
- Monitor dog behavior and interactions
- Take dogs on walks and potty breaks
- Assist with feedings and medications
- Keep water bowls full and fresh
- Help dogs feel comfortable and engaged throughout the day
Customer Experience
- Welcome customers during drop-off and pickup
- Help check dogs in and out
- Answer questions and provide updates
- Help create a positive experience for every customer
Facility Care
- Clean accidents promptly
- Wash bowls
- Help with laundry
- Keep play areas clean and organized
- Restock supplies when needed
- Take pride in maintaining a clean and professional environment

Previous dog daycare, boarding, veterinary, shelter, grooming, childcare, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
We’ll train the right person.
Important to Know
This is a hands-on role.
You should expect to spend most of your shift:
- Walking
- Cleaning
- Supervising dogs
- Interacting with customers
- Moving between different tasks throughout the day
This is not a desk job. Successful team members enjoy staying active, engaged, and productive throughout their shift.
