Plains Therapy Group is hiring an independently licensed therapist for our new Omaha location.
This is a unique opportunity to join a growing private practice at the ground-floor level while maintaining strong clinical autonomy, flexibility, and support. We are looking for a warm, reliable, and motivated clinician who is excited to help build a strong clinical culture in Omaha.
Our ownership team has successfully built and operated growing outpatient mental health group practices in other states and is now expanding into Nebraska. We take a clinician-first approach focused on autonomy, sustainability, supportive leadership, and helping therapists build full caseloads without burnout or micromanagement. We are aiming for a July 2026 start date for this position, but are looking to hire as soon as possible so we can begin insurance credentialing and onboarding ahead of launch.
Position Details:
- Full-time preferred
- In-person outpatient therapy in Omaha
- Adults, teens, couples, or families depending on clinician preference

Requirements:
- Independent Nebraska license required (LMHP, LIMHP, LICSW, LMFT, etc.)
- Ability to maintain a consistent weekly caseload
- Willingness to provide in-person services in Omaha
- Evening or after-school availability is a plus
