Shift & Pay: 2nd shift, Monday–Friday, 3:00 p.m.–1:30 a.m.; $17–$20 per hour plus a $2 shift differential.
You clock in for second shift and pull the day’s production tickets. You review customer specs and door construction details, then slide and position the cull board onto the lift table. You retrieve glued components from the glue spreader, guide materials with proper hand placement to support the top-end layup builder, and stage skins on cupboards/staging surfaces. With accuracy, you align components to the ticketed specifications, place them onto the skin, and cap with a new skin to complete each door.
Using the foot pedal, you align the lift table with the transfer cart and push the door stack safely onto the cart for the next step in the process.
