This position involves overseeing shipping and receiving operations, ensuring accurate inventory tracking, scheduling orders and overseeing our office operations. Responsibilities
- Operate the scale house equipment to weigh and record inbound and outbound trucks accurately using advanced warehouse management systems.
- Verify shipment details, process shipping, and data entry of shipments.
- Manage inventory data entry, track shipments, and facilitate order fulfillment.
- Maintain detailed records of shipping logistics, shipping schedule, orders, and compliance documentation.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with drivers, vendors, and internal teams regarding shipment status and logistics inquiries.
- Assist with warehouse operations including order fulfillment, and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
Skills
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for weight verification and inventory adjustments.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure accurate recordkeeping and compliance.
