Qualifications/Requirements: Applicant must: hold a valid Ohio Elementary teaching license Pre-K-3 with reading endorsement, Pre-K-3 with 4-5 endorsement, Primary Pre K - 5, K-1-8 certificatebe aware of the social and emotional needs of each individual studentdemonstrate skill in effective classroom management and student engagementbe able to demonstrate knowledge & understanding of the elementary grade studentbe willing to promote activities to build positive self-esteem in elementary level studentsbe committed to providing an educational environment that nurtures academic & personal growth of studentsdemonstrate the ability to differentiate instructionbe open to reviewing current research & actively participating in staff development opportunities to promote personal & professional growth & be open to instructional coachingincorporate technology into the classroomuse data to drive instructionhave the ability to communicate effectively & work cooperatively with students, staff & parentsbe willing to work as part of a teambe acceptable to the Building Principal & Assistant Superintendent of Certificated/Licensed Personnel
