We are seeking an Onsite Recruiter to support staffing and hiring operations at a busy warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting hourly warehouse employees, conducting interviews and screenings, coordinating onboarding, and working closely with warehouse management to maintain staffing levels.

- Pay Rate: $20HR
- Schedule: 8AM - 5PM
Responsibilities
- Recruit, source, and screen candidates for warehouse positions, including forklift operators, warehouse associates, material handlers, and general laborers.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews, coordinate background checks and drug screens, and manage job offers and onboarding requirements.
- Maintain an active candidate pipeline, post job openings, and utilize various recruiting strategies to meet daily staffing needs.
- Partner with warehouse management to understand staffing requirements, monitor attendance and turnover, and address employee relations or staffing concerns.
- Conduct new-hire orientations, assist with I-9 and E-Verify, maintain accurate ATS records, and provide ongoing administrative and employee support.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of recruiting experience, preferably in a warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or staffing agency environment.
- Experience recruiting for high-volume hourly positions preferred.
- Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office, email, and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities simultaneously.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
