What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting guests with a warm, welcoming presence
- Helping create a lively, friendly environment for everyone who walks in
- Taking orders at the register and processing transactions using our POS system
- Handling cash, credit, and debit card payments accurately
- Learning our menu inside and out so you can guide guests confidently
- Taking phone orders clearly and accurately
- Handing out completed orders and helping keep the service flow smooth
- Working a simple barista station when needed
- Keeping the patio area clean, welcoming, and organized
- Maintaining a clean and organized service and checkout area
- Sanitizing work areas regularly
- Communicating clearly with teammates to keep everything running smoothly
Who We’re Looking For
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Clean, organized, and detail-oriented
- Able to stay calm and positive when things get busy
- Good time management and ability to multitask
- Previous cashier or customer service experience is helpful but not required
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Food industry experience is a plus
Training
Training for this role will take place at our Woodland Hills & Van Nuys locations.
⭐ Applicants with acting, performing, or stage experience will be prioritized.
