*Overview*
We are looking for a dynamic, dependable, diligent and an energetic team player to provide excellent customer service. The person will be responsible for taking orders from customers, preparing and serving drinks, ensuring that all customers are satisfied with their dining experience, and making sure the Front of House is always ready to provide the best experience.
Plus: Ability to create short reels, videos of food, customer experience for social media posts - Instagram, Facebook is a plus.
Availability:
- Preferred: 5-6 days a week. We are closed on Monday.
*Duties*
- Always a can do attitude and has willingness to work with the team
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Navigate high intensity scenarios
- Take orders and process payments using the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant area with dedicated duties
- Check identification to ensure legal drinking age
- Upsell drinks and promote special events or promotions
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine
- Open to perform other duties as required to ensure success of the business.
*Skills & Requirements*
- Minimum 1 year of serving and bartending experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Minimum ability to take multiple tables independently.
- TABC & Food Handler License required
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency in food handling and service standards
Pay: $15.00 - $35.00 per hour
