Well established Nassau County, NY law firm seeking full-time remote litigation associate attorney for NJ in-person court appearances and paperwork.
Description/responsibilities:
- Attorney will conduct NJ in-person and remote court appearances for conferences, motions, mediations, arbitrations and bench trials.
- Attorney will review and draft pleadings and other legal documents
- Conduct legal research
- Review settlement agreements, letters, motions
Requirements:
- J.D. from ABA accredited law school.
- Lawyer admitted to and in good standing with NJ bar. (NY dual admission a plus)
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Prior court experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
Pay: From $95,000.00 per year
