Supports construction operations by safely transporting materials, maintaining warehouse organization, and assisting with job site preparation and cleanup.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
·Communicate and coordinate with project managers and foremen
· Load, unload, and deliver construction materials
· Verify deliveries and report shortages
· Maintain warehouse and inventory organization
· Stage materials for job sites
· Perform site cleanup and debris removal
· Conduct basic vehicle and equipment checks
· Tracks and schedules preventative maintenance for vehicles and equipment
Qualifications
· Construction or warehouse experience preferred
· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
· Valid commercial driver medical card; CDL preferred
· Ability to safely handle heavy materials

Physical Requirements
· Frequent bending, kneeling/squatting, reaching overhead, standing, pushing, pulling, and standing
· Constantly lifting up to 10 pounds and frequently up to 110 pounds

Working Conditions
· Warehouse and outdoor job sites
· Exposure to varying weather, dust, noise, heights and equipment· May include early morning, evening or weekend shifts
Pay: $25.00 - $38.00 per hour
