What You'll Do:
As an RBT with iLearn & Play, you’ll be hands-on, creating a fun, safe, and supportive learning environment for children at home, in school, and within the community. Your main responsibilities will include:

Bringing the Plan to Life: Implement behavior treatment programs designed by your BCBA Supervisor, using creativity and enthusiasm to engage children.

Promoting Communication & Social Skills: Support kids in developing crucial communication abilities and social interaction skills, from basic play to more complex conversational skills.

Fostering Independence: Teach adaptive living skills that empower children to take on daily routines and tasks.

Data Collection: Track and record each child’s progress, providing valuable insights that shape their journey.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with a BCBA, parents, and other team members in regular meetings to optimize each child’s program.
What You'll Need to Succeed:

Required:
-
High School Diploma or equivalent.
-
Current RBT Certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

Professionalism, excellent communication skills, and adaptability.

Comfort with technology and software for data collection and reporting.
-
Reliable transportation to travel to various locations (home, school, and community).
-
Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
Preferred:-
One year of experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or behavior management strategies.

Six months of experience working with children with Autism and other developmental disabilities.

CPR and First Aid Certification (Adult/Pediatric).
Travel Requirement:

100% (Preferred) – travel to clients in home, school, and/or community settings.
