What You'll Be Doing
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
- Perform service calls and troubleshoot heating and cooling equipment
- Present repair, replacement, and upgrade options to homeowners
- Build trust and long-term customer relationships through professional service
- Recommend solutions that improve comfort, efficiency, and system performance
- Complete service documentation and job notes accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences on every call
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC service experience required
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with homeowners
- Ability to present options and generate revenue through honest recommendations
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Team-oriented mindset and professional attitude
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work in Arizona weather conditions and perform physical job duties
Preferred Qualifications
- EPA Certification
- Experience selling repairs, upgrades, and system replacements
- Strong closing and objection-handling skills
- Experience with residential HVAC maintenance programs
- HVAC certifications or trade school training
