The role of the Men's Locker Room Manager will have complete ownership of the locker room. Works closely with the Membership Director to maintain the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and professionalism throughout the club. Has a strong presence in the Men's Locker Room area.
JOB TASKS
The Locker Room Manager is responsible for, but not limited to, the following responsibilities:
- Above all else – will be a vital part of a team environment where everyone shares in the responsibilities of making Wedgewood GolfCountry Club and exceptional club
- Acts as a hospitality concierge for all members and their guests, engages members as they arrive and leave the Men's Locker Room and Men's Grill areas, adept at warm hellos and fond farewells
- Responsible for shoe cleaning station, to be kept clean and presentable at all times
- Responsible for locker room restroom stock (i.e. bath towels, hand towels, toilet paper and all counter items)
- Responsible for managing stock of shoe cleaning and sundry supplies
- Establishes controls to minimize waste and theft
- Conducts themselves in a responsible and professional manner at all times – at or away from club
- Performs other duties as management may direct that are consistent with this job description
- Reportfollow up on any maintenance issues
- Maintain good working relationships
- Handle memberguest issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Dispose of trash and recyclables
- Assist members and guests with lockers as needed throughout shift
