Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage restaurant staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including scheduling, shift management, and labor control.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health department regulations.
- Collaborate with GM and the district managers to meet sales goals and operational targets.
- Maintain accurate records of labor, food costs, and operational performance.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages accountability, teamwork, and staff retention.
- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process to build a strong, motivated team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a management or supervisory role within the restaurant or food service industry.
- Strong knowledge of food service operations, including food handling, preparation, and safety standards.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve guest concerns professionally.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
