Slag 40 ton furnace
Rebuild/repair transfer ladles
Rebuild/repair launder
Trough repair as needed
Cupola repair on drop
Notify yardman of alloy board update
Gives breaks if necessary
Cleans up area including:
- around test stand area (sweep, empty pail, iron off of test stand, remove clutter)
- slap and trip hazards removed from back of furnace
- things picked up and in order on the first cupola deck
- table in front of office clean and things put away in proper place
- any water in front of cupola or transfer ladle paths swept up
- all corners picked up and swept into middle of the floor for sweeper
- keep slag machine area clean (inside building)
- other items as directed by supervisor or lead man
