About the Role
Keller Williams Hometown Partners (KWHP) is hiring an energetic, detail-oriented Agent Services Coordinator to work closely with our brokerage's agents on recruiting, marketing, onboarding, and long-term retention efforts. This role sits at the center of our office and suits someone who enjoys variety, likes creating systems from the ground up, and takes satisfaction in helping agents grow their business.
Core Responsibilities
Recruiting & Onboarding
- Identify, screen, and assist in bringing new agents onto the brokerage
- Guide both newly licensed and experienced agents through the onboarding process
- Coordinate recruiting campaigns and job listings across platforms like Indeed and social media
Marketing & Content Creation
- Produce content for and manage our Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook presence
- Develop marketing collateral — postcards, flyers, event promo materials, and more
- Help agents navigate marketing tools and technology
Agent Support & Retention
- Act as a first point of contact for agents needing help with brokerage systems and tools
- Organize agent trainings, events, and client appreciation gatherings
- Contribute to a welcoming, connected office culture
Administrative Duties
- Handle daily office operations and coordination tasks
- Assist leadership with dashboards, reporting, and internal updates
- Manage vendor relationships and logistics for office events
- Field phone calls and greet office visitors
What You Bring
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
- Comfort creating basic content — photos, video, captions — for social platforms
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several projects at once
- A self-motivated approach and willingness to build processes without a roadmap
- Background in real estate, marketing, or administrative work is a strong plus
- Familiarity with Canva, Google Workspace, and CRM or marketing software is helpful
