We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Mig Welder to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal components, primarily utilizing MIG welding techniques on galvanized steel.

Mig Welder Details:

Temp-to-Hire position

$18.00 /hour

Full Time work available

Weekend work required

First Shift (Monday through Friday from 05:00am to 04:30pm)
Key Responsibilities:
Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring proper settings and maintenance.
Utilize hand tools to shape, cut, and join metal components as required.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday: 5:00 AM - 4:30 PM Friday: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Flexibility is required for potential overtime, including half-day shifts on Saturdays and/or Sundays.
Dress Code: Welding hood, steel toe shoes, jeans/khakis/work pants, work-appropriate t-shirt.
Work Envioronment: Non-climate-controlled shop; seasonal temp/humidity extremes.
Mig Welder Qualifications:
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year experience with free hand (not robotic) MIG Welder, with significant experience welding sheet metal and galvanized steel and reading blueprints
Capable of repetitively lifting up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work in various physical positions for extended periods, including standing (for 10-hour shifts), kneeling, crouching, bending, working overhead, and in confined spaces or at floor level (frequent kneeling required for pipe welding and low-clearance joints).
