As the frontline “face” of Ballers, you will be essential in setting the vibe and making sure all interactions are as smooth as a perfect game plan.

Greeting and welcoming guests, you’ll welcome everyone into the venue with a warm smile and ensure they’re assisted promptly.

Check in players using our reservation platform, confirm all players are registered and have provided payment.

Assist with rental equipment as needed.

Be ready to answer questions about our facilities, events, and services, and guide our guests on where they need to go.

Manage bookings for our courts and player spaces, helping guests schedule reservations and other services.

Assist with dining seating and reservations.

Serve as the goto person for internal and external communications at the front desk.

Assist guests with purchasing items from the club's retail store, process transactions accurately using the pointofsale system, keep the retail area clean, organized, and wellstocked.

Keep the player common areas tidy and stocked with all the necessary materials.

Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner, perform general administrative duties, assist with special events and functions as needed.

Work closely with all departments to assist in various tasks and ensure seamless operations.
Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience in a reception, front desk role or customer service position.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Proficiency in using computer software programs.

Capable of staying calm and efficient under pressure.

Physical stamina & professional presence: ability to remain standing, alert, and welcoming for extended periods to ensure a warm, immediate reception for every guest.

Bonus: food & beverage experience as server, host/hostess, barista, bartender
