Duties
- Represent the brand at community outreach programs to maximize visibility and engagement.
- Develop compelling presentations using tablets to educate audiences about our products and services.
- Build strong customer relationships through personalized interactions, ensuring positive experiences that encourage brand loyalty.
- Lead small teams during training sessions in-office, guiding team members to deliver consistent messaging and excellent customer service.
- Potentially take on leadership roles, including but not limited to, teaching, training, and mentoring.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in marketing or public relations with excellent face-to-face communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills combined with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies with willingness to learn new techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Effective public speaking skills for community outreach initiatives and promotional presentations.
- Strong communication skills coupled with leadership qualities to motivate team members during events.
