We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in their work, communicates clearly, and treats customers like neighbors — because that’s exactly what they are.
This is a role for technicians who already know the field and want to work somewhere they’re respected, supported, and appreciated.
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
- Clearly explain options and solutions to homeowners
- Complete service documentation using ServiceTitan
- Deliver a level of service that earns online reviews
- Participate in weekly team meetings and check-ins
- Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)
- Monthly and quarterly bonus opportunities
- $5,000 sign-on bonus for techs with 3+ years experience
- $2,500 at 6 months
- $2,500 at 12 months
