Wearhouse is looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our team! We will be hiring either 1 or 2 people depending on experience
Hours:
- 40 Hours/Week
- Hours: 9 am - 5 PM
- Opportunity to pick up additional hours as needed (Overtime paid)
Training period: Initial onboarding will take place during weekday shifts (9 AM – 5 PM)
Job Overview:
As a member of the team, you’ll play a key role in the creation and fulfillment of custom orders. You’ll work with a variety of machines and materials to produce high-quality garments and promotional products, support the team in packaging and communication, and help ensure a smooth production workflow.
Responsibilities:
- Operate equipment: Barudan 6-Head Embroidery machine, Epson DTF Machine, Heat Press & others
- Receiving & organizing work orders
- Work with a team
- Manage and communicate about orders via Microsoft Teams
- Receive and manage individual orders as well as bulk/wholesale projects
- Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain quality
- Take ownership of tasks and assist in managing ongoing projects
- Stay open to learning new skills and operating additional machinery
- Knowledge of screen printing & embroidery is a plus
- Solve problems & communicate
Requirements:
- Previous experience in apparel production or a similar hands-on environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Ability to lift/move light to moderate materials as needed
Bonus Skills (Not Required, but a Plus):
- Experience with screen printing using a manual press
- Graphic design knowledge, especially proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
