We blend fruits and vegetables together to create unique and refreshing smoothies. Our mission is to inspire a healthier lifestyle by serving amazing food and smoothies…with a bit of tropical fun.
Requirements as a Manager of the brand you must be able to:
- Leadership Traits and a Friendly Face
- Operate shifts (open and/or close) and ensure guest satisfaction is met as well as our cleanliness standards are maintained
- Maintain food safety standards throughout the shifts
- Ability to maintain/understand labor cost
REQUIREMENTS
- Preparing smoothies and food that meets our specifications and high-quality standards in a timely manner
- Deliver “Unparalleled Hospitality” that ensures the customer is completely satisfied with the experience
- Maintain a restaurant that ensures that our customers have a pleasant visit
Summary
In the role of General Manager at Tropical Smoothies Cafe, you will oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service delivery. Reporting directly to the area manager, you will utilize your expertise in staff training, food service management, and team leadership to create a positive work environment. Your experience in restaurant management, coupled with skills in inventory control and cash handling, will be essential in driving profitability and efficiency.
