BDC (Business Development Center) Coordinator will deal exclusively with online inquiries. The BDC Coordinator utilizes their selling ability, computer skills, courteous phone manner, product knowledge, and positive attitude to set sales appointments. Required duties include handling inbound and outbound calls and responding to internet purchase requests in order to set sales appointments.
· Meet specified monthly targets and goals.
· Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet.
· Check email frequently, answer calls, and respond to inquiries immediately.
· Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly.
· Contribute to the overall success of the dealership by working with all customers, teams and departments collaboratively and professionally with a positive, roll-up your sleeves attitude.
· Must know about cars or be willing to learn
*Bilingual (Spanish) Preferred
Experience Preferred but not required. Paid training.
Pay: $1,500.00 - $2,500.00 per month
