Your Impact
As a Re-Bath Sales Consultant, you will:
- Meet homeowners to understand their needs and create their dream bathrooms.
- Present solutions using Re-Bath’s proprietary products and efficient processes.
- Guide clients through the decision-making process with clarity and confidence.
- Close sales on the first visit and manage the details to deliver on your promises.
- Manage measurements, estimates, and project details for smooth execution.
Who You Are

- A proven One-Call Closer with a track record of results.
- Minimum 3 years of direct-to-consumer or in-home sales experience (home improvement preferred).
- Naturally competitive, disciplined, and self-motivated.
- Detail-oriented with a creative mindset.
- Personable, persuasive, and able to make a connection with customers quickly.
- Tech-savvy, with experience operating in sales software tools and iOS products.
- Clean driving record and background check required.
Compensation and Benefits
- $120,000 to $300,000+ per year, commission-based and uncapped.
